What can I say! Truly a food experience that everyone needs to experience in their life.  We first heard of The Catbird Seat when we visited Nashville a year ago.  Unfortunately we were only there for a couple of days and didn’t make reservations.  This time, I reserved well in advance!

Upon walking into the restaurant upstairs, it felt sterile at first.  It was well lit, bright white walls, a u shape counter seating that wrapped around the chefs in the middle getting orchestrating your food experience.

Once you are seated, everything else is in the background as you are hypnotized by the chefs preparing the meal.

My absolute favorite was the sunflower seed risotto covered with shaved black truffle.  Absolute genius!!
